FlexifySuite is the business management platform we build and run in-house. Around thirty modules — people, customers, work, money, operations and compliance — share one database, so the leave a manager approves is the leave payroll pays on.
Most growing companies run separate tools for staff, customers and money, then spend the end of every month reconciling them. FlexifySuite keeps all of it on one record, so a figure entered once is the figure everything else reads.
Everything about the people on the payroll, from the first interview to the leave they take.
Leads through to support, on one timeline per customer rather than four systems.
Projects, time and the internal comms that keep delivery visible without a status meeting.
Invoicing, spend and the reporting that reads from the same records as everything else.
The physical and technical estate — what you own, what's running, what's connected.
A dedicated GDPR module, not a policy page bolted on afterwards.
FlexifySuite talks to the collaboration, accounting and payment services most teams already run, so adopting it does not mean replacing everything at once.
Logos are shown to identify each service. They are trademarks of their owners and do not imply partnership or endorsement.
Four subscription tiers, billed monthly or yearly. Storage and user limits rise with each tier; the full comparison and current terms live on the product site.
Prices in US dollars, as published on the FlexifySuite site. See full FlexifySuite pricing and plan limits.
FlexifySuite covers around thirty modules across people, customers, work, money, operations and compliance. Most businesses adopt it to retire a spreadsheet, a separate HR tool and a standalone invoicing app, so one record serves all three rather than three that quietly disagree.
Yes. FlexifySuite is live and running in production, currently on its sixth major release, and it is one of two SaaS platforms Flexify builds and operates in-house. Pricing, a full feature breakdown and a trial are available on flexifysuite.com.
Flexify Ltd builds and runs it. The same team writes the software, hosts it and answers support messages, so questions reach the people who wrote the code rather than an outsourced first line. Flexify Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 16871618.
No. The modules are independent, so a team can start with work and clients and add payroll or recruitment later. Nothing forces adoption of all thirty, and records created in one module carry into the others as you switch them on.
FlexifySuite includes a dedicated GDPR module rather than treating data protection as a policy document. Because the platform holds employee records, payroll and customer data in one place, handling subject requests and retention inside the system matters more than for a single-purpose tool.
FlexifySuite integrates with Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar and Miro for collaboration, QuickBooks for accounting, Wasabi for storage, Twilio for messaging, and Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Payfast, Authorize.net and Flutterwave for payments.
FlexifySuite runs internal operations — staff, projects, money and customers. The Shopify apps work on your storefront. They are separate products built by the same team, which is why the studio can say where a problem actually sits before selling you anything.
The team that wrote FlexifySuite is the team that answers when you message. Start on the product site, or ask us which modules fit the way you already work.
