Accessibility Statement
What we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us.

Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes where we actually are — including the parts we have not finished, because a statement that only lists successes is not worth reading.
What we have built in
- Contrast — checked programmatically against WCAG AA ratios on every build, not judged by eye.
- Keyboard navigation — every interactive element reachable and operable, with a visible focus indicator.
- Semantic structure — headings in order, landmark regions, and real lists so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Images — alternative text on every image; decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion — animation suppressed for anyone requesting reduced motion. Nothing flashes or auto-plays.
- Zoom and reflow — usable at 200% zoom and on narrow screens with no horizontal scrolling.
- Forms — every field labelled; errors described in text rather than by colour alone.
Known limitations
- No independent accessibility audit has been carried out on this site.
- We have not run formal testing with users of assistive technology.
- Product screenshots convey information visually. Alt text describes each one, but fine detail inside a screenshot is not readable by a screen reader.
- Our product sites, documentation subdomain and demo store are outside the scope of this statement.
- Third-party embeds, such as the booking scheduler, follow their own standards rather than ours.
Tell us if something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us. Describe the page and what happened and we will reply. If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will provide it.
We treat accessibility problems as faults rather than feature requests, and nobody is charged for reporting one.
How this statement is maintained
Accessibility checks run on every build, so regressions are caught before publication rather than discovered later. This statement is reviewed when the site changes materially, and the date above records the last review.
