How Flexify started

Flexify Ltd was registered in England and Wales in November 2025. The software is older than the company.

FlexifySuite grew out of a problem we kept running into: businesses losing hours every week to tools that didn't talk to each other. Projects in one place, payroll in a spreadsheet, a CRM nobody updated. We built the thing we wanted to exist.

Running software for real users changes how you build. Support queues teach you which shortcuts cost you later. That's the discipline we bring to client work.

FlexifyDine followed because restaurants had a version of the same problem with different constraints — a till, a delivery tablet, a reservations book, and a stock count that never matched.

The UK company came next, along with the Shopify app pipeline. Same team, same approach, now building for merchants as well as ourselves.
