A career that started in 2008, in one company.
Our founder, Salauddin, wrote his first professional line of code in 2008, at seventeen. He has worked in software development full time since 2014 and in Shopify since 2016 — for small companies and large ones, at home and abroad, from junior developer up to leading engineering teams as CTO and running companies as CEO. Flexify is what that experience decided to build for itself.

From a first job to a company of his own.
It started in 2008, at seventeen. Still a student, Salauddin took his first job in software — and kept taking them. Through his years studying computer engineering he worked across a run of companies, at home and overseas, moving from the smallest roles to the most senior ones: developer, then team lead, then CTO, then CEO. It was an unusually fast climb, and it meant learning the business from every seat — writing the code, shipping the product, and carrying the responsibility for both.
In 2018, he stepped away from employment. Not to stop building, but to build on his own terms — freelance and remote, for clients and companies around the world. Years of that work built two things at once: a track record across industries, and a clear picture of how software projects actually succeed or fail. The pattern was always the same. The teams that shipped well stayed close to the work and owned what they made. The ones that struggled had handed it off.
In 2025, that turned into a company. Salauddin registered Flexify Ltd in the United Kingdom to do the work properly — as a studio, not a middleman. Same hands-on approach, now with a team, a name, and its own products alongside the client work.

That’s the whole reason Flexify exists as a registered business rather than a name on invoices: so clients get a studio that builds it, runs it, and answers when you message — not a contractor who disappears at handover.
It’s also why we build our own software. FlexifySuite and FlexifyDine aren’t side projects; they’re products we run every day. Running what we build keeps us honest about how we build for everyone else.
