The till and the back office, on one system
Most retailers run a till that takes money and a spreadsheet that explains it — and most cloud tills stop taking money when the broadband does. FlexifyPOS is being built to solve both: the software runs on the machine at your counter, so trade continues when the connection drops, and it syncs to your online database on its own once the line is back.

The mechanism
It keeps trading when the internet does not
The design decision that shapes everything else. A browser-only till is only as reliable as the line into your shop; a desktop install that syncs is not. This is how it is being built to work.

Installed at the counter
The till runs on the PC in your shop rather than in a browser tab, so it does not depend on a live connection to open a sale.

Trades with no internet
Sales, returns, stock movements and receipts all continue during an outage. Nothing queues behind a spinner and no customer is asked to wait.

Syncs on its own
When the connection returns, the local database reconciles with the online one automatically — no export, no manual push, no one remembering to do it.

Updates arrive by themselves
New modules and improvements are released regularly and added to your account without a reinstall or an upgrade fee.

We publish it now so retailers can tell us what their current system gets wrong while changing direction is still cheap.

Frequently asked
Is FlexifyPOS available yet?
No. FlexifyPOS is in development and there is no release date. The screens on this page are design concepts, not working software. Flexify's other products — FlexifySuite and FlexifyDine — are live, and FlexifyPop and FlexifyGuard are awaiting Shopify App Store approval.
When will it launch?
We are not giving a date, because we would rather commit to one we can keep. Register interest and we will tell you when there is something real to try, rather than when there is something to announce.
Does FlexifyPOS need an internet connection?
No, and that is a deliberate design decision. The software is being built to install on the PC at your counter, so sales, returns and stock movements continue during an outage. It syncs with the online database automatically once the connection returns, without anyone exporting or pushing anything manually.
Is it suitable for a pharmacy or a supermarket?
Those are two of the main cases it is being designed around. Pharmacies need batch numbers, expiry dates and tight stock control; supermarkets need speed at the till across a large catalogue and several locations. Both are covered by the stock and multi-warehouse design.
Will new features cost extra?
No. New modules and improvements are released regularly and added to your account automatically, without a reinstall or an upgrade fee. As the product is still in development, the exact commercial terms will be published before launch.
Will FlexifyPOS work with my existing hardware?
It is being built for the hardware a counter already uses: USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, standard receipt printers, and digital weight scales for goods sold by weight. Confirm your specific models with us before committing to anything.
Will it handle more than one shop?
Yes. Multi-location stock, transfers between locations and a single view across all of them are core to the design rather than an add-on, which is why warehouses appear in the concept screens.
How is FlexifyPOS different from FlexifyDine?
FlexifyDine is built for hospitality — tables, kitchen tickets, menus and delivery. FlexifyPOS is for retail and wholesale, where the hard parts are stock accuracy, purchasing and multi-location control. Same team, different problems.
