We build our own software
FlexifySuite handles projects, CRM, HR, payroll and finance. FlexifyDine runs restaurant operations and POS. Both are live, in use, and supported by us.
That’s a different position from an agency that builds and moves on. We maintain what we ship, which shapes how we build.
How we scope
Fixed scope, fixed price, in phases. You approve each before the next starts. If halfway through it’s clear something isn’t worth building, we’ll say so rather than bill the remainder.
